The 2020 SICOG Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is now available for public review and comment. 2020 Draft CEDS Document The purpose of this document is to provide a capacity-building foundation by which the public sector, working in conjunction with other economic entities (individuals, firms, industries), helps to create a positive environment for regional economic prosperity. The SICOG region are all member governments within the counties of Adair, Adams, Clarke, Decatur, Madison, Ringgold, Taylor, and Union.
