The Transportation Technical Committee (TTC) is comprised of six (6) voting members; one engineer from each of the counties (5) and the public works director of each city with a population over 5,000 (1).  The TTC has a number of duties including:

•    Recommends projects to the policy board for federal aid funding
•    Review and comment on transportation related planning documents
•    Key oversight of Regional Planning Affiliation (RPA)
•    Liaison between counties/cities and policy board
